ok.. another government employee..

nd yan bribery.. tumataya sya sa jueteng..

kung babasahin ung handbook ng mga estujante dito, pinagbabawalan silang magsugal in any form..

pero, look at that.. mga staff pa nila ang palihim na nagsusugal..

napaka dami ng mali dito..

at nadadagdagan pa..

the goverment office, the officer and their computers.

first time..

spare my camera, yan na yung maximum zoom..

Last time na nag scout kame ng offices with an i.t. department, i got the chance to get this snapshot..

look closely and you'll see a government employee playing a silly game on a computer which is SUPPOSE TO BE USED FOR THEIR OFFICE"S FUNCTION..

Actually, hindi lang sya ung nakita nameng naglalaro..

MARAMI sila..

These days, government employees are more approachable compared sa time ng mga matatanda..pero what we could not see is what they're ACTUALLY DOING IN WORK HOURS..

Panahon na para gumawa ng batas na tanggalin ang lahat computer games on each pc those government offices use..

nagsasayang lang sila ng kuryente..
